We recently completed a study of 2004
statistics. The study yielded results beyond our belief.
We found that 90% of Comm* placements were resolved in less
than 7 days of placement. We move quick and let you know
within the first 48 hours if the debtor is unable, or just
unwilling to pay. If they are unable to pay we will seek
out a money working solution (usually in the form of a payment
plan).
When Chasemax receives an account,
it is immediately sent to investigations. Within the next
24 hours the debtor will be contacted by a Private Investigator
in his or her jurisdiction. Chasemax implements two major
methods of recovering money, Strong approach and the Receivables
Management Team.
Our Strong approach is designed for
the debtor who is unwilling to pay. This division uses Certified
Fraud Examiners, Private Investigators, and the United States
Marshals office to apply pressure on your debtor. If you
want your money fast, and your debtor has walked all over
you we suggest using this strong approach. Many times company’s
stray from using a collection agency in fear that in doing
so they will lose a customer.
This is why we have created the
RMT. Chasemax uses the RMT on customers you still want to
do business with that have outstanding invoices, but may
have trouble with cash flow or other problems. The RMT is
used to reeducate them on your credit terms and bring them
back to you as a better paying customer. Remember "We
can breath life into the living, nothing into the dead",
don't sit on an account in hopes of being paid, the Attorney
General says after a year past due money is on worth 10
cents on the dollar. |
